Shim Sham: The Shim Sham is a fun and popular line dance. Jazz steps and syncopations have made this a popular dance from the ’40s through today. It was a hit the last time we taught the Shim Sham at the 2011 Medford Jazz Festival. Join us for a very fun afternoon.
Sunday January 22nd
Lindy Hop: Lindy Hop is THE dance. Lindy Hop is much more than your basic swingout. It’s a dance that gathers together all the Swing Era dances and has been bringing out the playful spirit of dancers for generations. This workshop will teach you how to incorporate the Lindy Hop spirit into your dance and make it your own.
